Information we collect
When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. If you instruct us on a sale, letting or valuation we will also hold the information needed to act for you, including identity documents required under anti-money-laundering rules.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about.
- To carry out our professional obligations as a licensed auctioneer and valuer.
- To keep records required by law, including PSRA and Revenue requirements.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Sharing
We share information only where necessary: with property portals when advertising a property you have instructed us to market, with solicitors and other professionals involved in a transaction, and with service providers who host this website and deliver our email. All are required to protect your information.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while they remain relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client and transaction records are retained for the period required by law and professional obligations, normally six years.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to erase information we no longer need, and to object to certain processing.
