A Family-Run Mayo Auctioneers
Kevin Beirne Auctioneers & Property Valuers was established by Kevin and Theresa Beirne in 2005. Two decades later the practice remains exactly what it set out to be: an independent, family-run firm that treats every instruction personally.
Before opening in Castlebar, Kevin worked with several of Ireland's best known property firms, including Savills, Ganly Walters, Lisney and DTZ. That experience shapes how we handle sales, lettings and valuations today — national standards applied with local knowledge.
As a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers, we work to a clear professional code and hold PSRA Licence No. 001691. Being independent means our advice is never shaped by targets set elsewhere.
Our offices occupy historic Land League House, at the junction of Tucker Street, New Antrim Street and Linenhall Street in the centre of Castlebar. Illuminated window displays show everything we have on the market, day and night.
